Manufactured by Gros-Louis, maker of snowshoes since 1959, this vintage pair of Huron snowshoes features white ash frames with rawhide webbing and leather, buckle bindings. Huron snowshoes originated in Southeastern Canada. They have long tails, which aid in walking a straight line in the snow.
